A press ad to recruit Mounted Police Officers to Greater Manchester Police. By talking the language of the target audience (i.e horse lovers)
70 hands makes a nod to the usual measurement of horses, yet is an unrealistic height for a horse. It is actually the number of (human) staff employed within the second largest force of the country.
